This is a brilliant essay! One of your best yet. I've long felt that hierarchy is an outdated term to use for the architecture of higher dimensions. Holarchy is a much more coherent term for the nested systems and dimensions we live in. The term hierarchy is laden with cultural and cognitive baggage such that it implies top-down control, authoritarianism and coercion, which most people associate with corporate organizational structures, autocratic governments or ecclesiastical institutions. You have wisely explained how the higher dimensions confer greater responsibility, toward the whole and to serve the lower. Which is why I often reframe the concept of the Hierarchy as the Spiritual Holarchy. Perhaps you might consider using the term Holarchic Democracy?
